Yellow Draw- 10 & over participants:
This is NOT a sanctioned USTA tournament, so you do not need to have USTA membership to participate. GRC would like to provide a REAL tournament experience for junior tournament players.
Not to mention, playing tennis is a great way to have fun and get some exercise the day before Thanksgiving!
Here is the format:
Considering the number of participants, we will create a draw through random assignment (i.e. – 16 player draw, 32 player draw, etc.). Each player will receive a match time and an opponent. They will be given a 5-10 minute warm up and begin playing a match with NO AD scoring. If the player wins, they move on to the next round. If the player loses, they will be fed into a consolation draw.
The winner and finalist of this Annual GRC Horn of Plenty Tournament will receive a trophy at the end of the day! If you would like to register, please do so below.
